Botanical Misfits- Anytime Access ONLINE Art Class

$145.00

What if daisies dreamt, weeds wept, and pinecones pontificated? It might sound strange but these are the ideas we are going to explore in this workshop. In this workshop we are going to create botanically inspired creatures that have a bit more personality than your everyday perennial…at least from a human perspective.

In this Art class, using a combination of botanical elements (like twigs, pinecones, gourds etc.), clay, painting, as well as some junk store finds we will create some new flora. In this class you will learn processes of assemblage, sculpture as well as painting.

Stumpland Stage: You will also create a stump stage for your creatures to hang out on around and in. Everyone needs a place to chill…even Botanical Misfits.

Time to get those green thumbs dirty.

Student Level : All levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
